Pizza Hut

"Ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut tonight, 91st Ave/Peoria. NEVER again! Took an hour and a half to get here and the pizza AND box were so cold! Called and asked them to come get their cold pizza and refund my money (nothing special lg thin crust pepperoni w/extra cheese.....$25 something) and they wouldn't do that. Told me to call back Monday. I'll never order from there again!"

"Leaving one star because I can't leave none. Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with, order was cancelled and the rude manager at night, Lex refused to give me my order or my money back. She should be fired immediately, she's absolute trash for the way she speaks to customers I would be ashamed to have a person like that working in my establishment. Wake up in the morning to a second charge for the same order, so now I've paid twice. They are now refusing to give me my money back. What a bunch of thieves. Do not ever visit this Pizza Hut!! The morning manager also refused to give me a phone number to speak with someone higher up.."

"VERY disappointed. Pizza Hut as a brand usually comes through with some pretty decent food, but this was just a joke and a huge waste of money. $50 for two large pizzas and 8 Boneless wings that were garbage. One pizza was intact and tasted meh. The other pizza was only just cooked (borderline raw). One piece was missing the middle portion as if someone had taken a bite, and another was crumpled up. The wings weren't even tossed in the sauce. The sauce was put at the bottom of the container and the wings thrown on top. Wings tasted like frozen wings cooked and left on the counter to become soggy. I also saw employees come inside from taking a break outside and handle food without washing their hands."
