"This was my first time dining in. The Greek salad was very good and huge. My daughter ordered the pepperoni pizza and Loved it! Nice atmosphere and server's. The restaurant was very clean."
"Just paid about $12 for a HALF of a HALF Chicken Walnut sandwich & soup. They also forgot the french baguette that comes w/ the soup. Very disappointing. I'm still hungry. The young lad at the drive-thru window was great. Whoever made my sandwich & forgot the baguette WAS NOT! I just got back in town from a long 6 hr drive! I'M STILL STARVING!! Garrrrr!!!!! Very sad!"
"I have the Sip Club membership at Panera, so I'm there a few times a week to pick up drinks. The drive-through cashiers are always cheery and kind. They have several good vegetarian options which I appreciate. There is always plenty of indoor seating. They have a few outdoor tables in the front of the restaurant for when the weather is nice. Service is always fast inside the store, and I never have to wait long for my order to come up. Food is always hot when it's supposed to be. The baked good are almost always fresh and moist, but I have had dry bread once, and a couple of dry cookies, but overall I'm very happy with the food I've received. It's a convenient location with ample parking available."
"I used to love going here and never had any issues but over the past 1-2 years it has changed. They are almost always out of popular menu items (even non-popular) every single time I come inside to order and because it's constant, I have just given up on coming here. I'm not sure if one of the main male managers still works here but he was very friendly one night close to closing, so that is one positive thing."
"I was told that the Panera stores in Phoenix are owned by Panera Corporation. The stores I've frequented previously in another state were all owned by franchisees. The service is much better at the franchisee stores. At three different Phoenix stores, my orders have been messed up. At this store which I usually visit, the orders are messed up about 75% of the time either at the register or by fulfillment personnel. I attribute this to poor training by Panera Corporation. Perhaps they should take lessons from franchisees. Another Corp. versus franchisee difference, is that these Phoenix stores do not bring the order to your table. The bagels, seasonal soups, and drinks are good. The Sippy Club is a good value if you visit at least once per week."
