"Phenomenal atmosphere and very Friendly teachers that are very friendly! My daughter loves coming to Juice Box She is always excited for her dance classes. She loves her teachers and has made new friends since she has started here."
"My daughter has been with JuiceBox Dance Academy in Ms. Jill’s class for a couple months. She had her first recital class in June and we loved it. My daughter looks forward to coming to class each week to dance with her friends. Staff is great and friendly. Always coming out to say hello and update us with any new information they have. They are always available to answer any questions. I recommend JuiceBox Dance Academy, especially to all new dancers like my daughter."
"I highly recommend JuiceBox dance studio because they focus on the dancer's well-being, physically and emotionally. I have had my daughter in dance for four years at several dance studios. NONE of the previous three studios we've worked with have grown my daughter's confidence, like JuiceBox. I first heard about Juiceboox at the StepUp2 dance competition, and it was there that their dancers caught my attention because they were very kind and had excellent manners. I had already decided not to keep my daughter in dance because of the bad experience at the last studio she attended, but I wanted to give it one last try. JuiceBox has saved my daughter's dance journey that she has worked so hard to build. I am so grateful for each instructor and every single dancer who attends. Mrs. Andie and Mrs. Jill are outstanding instructors. Yesterday Mrs. Jill said, "Dance is here for us in so many ways. We come here to let go and be free. If you're having a bad day because of school or in general, we dance those feelings out." THAT is exactly what dance should be!"
"This just happened. My daughter was enrolled in their dance program for ballet and hip hop - Mondays and Fridays. I have be carpooling with another mom (friend of my daughters) I drop off, she picks up. Since my daughter has been there since February 1st, I have had no contact with this company other then receiving emails of my payment going through which is set up monthly for automatic withdrawal and if I send an email that my daughter will be a no show for a practice to give them a heads up if we can't make it. No one has ever contacted me or reached out asking how things are. We made the payment for the recital outfits in full that is in June as required. So we are all paid up current with the expectation that my daughter has been practicing day and night for this show. The other day I get an email at 4:36pm that she has recital practice at 630pm. Well she can't make it and I was actually dropping her off for practice in 30 mins to pick her up by 630 to head out of town for the weekend. So this was a little alarming to me that this was the only notification I've received regarding her recital practice. When I dropped her off I decided to go in and ask questions in which I ran into the owner that I've never met. I would expect at her to first introduced herself, maybe have a little more likeable approach, as this did not happen. I stated hi I'm a parent and I just received a email at 4:36 p.m. that my daughter has rehearsal practice at 6:30. I was informed by her with a I don't care attitude of we have a blackboard in here that you should be coming in 15 minutes before every practice ends to read and to see what the upcoming events are. I explained to her and fortunately I do not pick up my daughter I carpool with another parent and I have not seen any emails come out other than this one. I told her this was totally unacceptable and the communication is not what I expected and I am unhappy with this. I stood there and called the mom that I carpool with asking her if she received an email and if she knew that her daughter was supposed to be here today as she told me earlier that her daughter did not want to go to dance practice today. She stated that she did not receive any mail at all and did not know that there was a rehearsal time tonight.when I got off the phone I told the lady that I was speaking to which was the owner still at that point I had no idea that another parent was not informed as well. On this day I left the office and went shopping to pick my daughter up as I was the one designated for her this day only for drop off and pick up since we were leaving out of town. I thought about it for a while and did not like the communication or lack thereof and decided to send a brief email explaining that after the recital performance in June I would like to give our notice as we will not be attending the place anymore and to make sure that our payment information was not charged after the month of June. There was nothing else in this email to explain any further detail. Per the contract I have to give at least 15 days or before the 15th of the month to cancel and this was a month-and-a-half notice I was giving to them. I received a call from the man that works there ( owners husband) He stated on the phone that he was apologetic and sorry to hear that I wanted to cancel and I told him that we'll since we are not going to be around for summer that was our notice and also I didn't like the communication of being told I need to check a blackboard to find out what's going on with my daughter's class. after I signed the form for June 21st withdrawal, he called me 2 days later and said he was going to just terminate our contract since we were not happy and my daughter can not be in the performance and we are out the money and can keep the costumes. So this was about him and his wife and not about my child, my 12 year old that practices daily. I paid for something they offered and they were the ones that took it away not me as i was paid up and had auto withdraw for them to take the last 2 months. They did this to a kid"
