"Office staff said my pcp didn’t Match. I made an appointment for my son to be checked for an ear infection. They REFUSED him at his appointment because of this. I was at 2 different village medical locations within the last month and both saw my son with NO ISSUES. Your offices accept both our insurance. To turn my son’s appointment away for this reason was absolutely rude. Will never go back there FRONT DESK LADY IS A B. You called to verify the app and NEVER SAID WE WOULD BE TURNED AWAY. Communicate better, that’s your job!"

"The facility was clean and we noticed the staff was very personable with other patients, so we liked that it felt more personal. Although I went in because I had been very sick. Got tested for Covid, Flu and Strep. The doctor came in and said I had the Flu. She said I was past the days for antibiotics, prescribed Benzontate and an inhaler. Never once did she check my ears, throat, or listen to my chest. An overall check I would assume is or should be done when someone has the Flu. So in that I was disappointed."
