"This place use to have an awesome doctor by the name of Shelley Tellman. I went in this past week on Wed 3/6 and this new male doctor tried to tell me I had sepsis and I need to go to urgent care. I had a sore throat, ear pain, sinus pain and a cough with yellow phlegm. How the heck did he get sepsis out of that. My blood pressure has always been normal to low. 104/77 is not a good bp for me?? Look here doc I was having a hard time breathing due to a nasty cough. Now today 3/8 my daughter has the same symptoms as me and he told her TO GO TO URGENT CARE because he believes she has a staph infection. Ok doc we live in the same house and share each other's germs. How in the heck do you get sepsis and staph from the symptoms of a sinus infection/upper respiratory infection. I think we need a new primary doctor because this place is now a joke. Don't try to apologize for a doctor that doesn't know anything and that's why he's referring us to urgent care. Sure just shove the problems onto other physiscians...where in the heck did yall find this guy.. my advice to any newcomers find a different primary doctor..as I will be looking for a new one too."

"My wife and I have been going to Dr. Singh since his practice opened years ago. Arguably, the best doctor I’ve ever had! All Family Care is no different than any other business when it comes to shortcomings, but have made many changes throughout the years to keep patients happy and to try and build a first class reputation in which they so deserve. I can’t say that I’ve ever been to any establishment/practice that was “perfect”, and to expect it is unrealistic. I’ve read complaints about peoples experiences and I can’t challenge that. That’s your experience. However, I will say, if you miss your appointment and not call in the allotted time to cancel, you’re not exempt from being charged as the rest of us would be. It’s happened to me. My fault; it happens. I happily pay because I understand that it becomes lost revenue and things could snowball into the red, quickly, letting things slide. Thank you to all of the staff of All Family Care! Thank you to Dr. Singh for always taking such good care of me. It’s because of your caring heart and patience that I understand the seriousness of my chronic illness. After all these years of being a ‘noncompliant’ patient, I’m finally seeing good results by following your instructions! I pray that this practice continues to grow and treat the masses! Also, congrats on the new Phoenix location!!"

"Wish there was an option for negative stars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered or heard of. The staff is dismissive and doesn’t care to help the customers. They don’t care if you need your medications. Took me a week and a half, at least 10 phone calls and time off work to get my son’s prescription refilled. Then they actually said, “ if you are not happy with our services you should go somewhere else”. I absolutely did! Not that I needed their permission to do so. DO NOT deal with these people. They have no heart, desire to help, nor common courtesy. Run!!! This place should be shut down."

"I now understand why this place has so many negative reviews. I have had an ear ache for two days to the point that I haven't been able to eat or sleep. I made an appointment to see Dr.Tellman at 11:45 today. I arrived on time for my appointment. At 11:55 I was told I would have to reschedule because the Drs afternoon was blocked off and she needed to leave. I'm standing there in tears telling the nurse that I have an ear ache. I drove over all the way over here on my lunch break to see the Dr. The nurse just said we can schedule you tomorrow. The reality is I have already been waiting and I was in pain. The office staff did not care. If I'm required to cancel 24 hours in advance or face a fee, what are their consequence for canceling my appointment while I am there 10 minutes after the appointment was. I am so disappointed. No one apologized or acknowledged the fact that they wasted my time and money. Had the Dr actually come out to talk to me maybe I could understand. However, it is evident by their conduct today that they do not care about their patients."

"When I went in for the first time I thought that it was supposed to be a safe space and you were supposed to feel welcomed. Absolutely terrible staff I've ever seen. And I had to reschedule 3 times because of my car breaking down and me living an hour away also my phones off too. The staff told me to reschedule and she said, "If you need to reschedule make sure to call." Okay so i called and she said, " Yeah so your gonna have to be withdrawed." Terrible staff wish they could have been more caring and understanding.!!!"
