"Dr. Johnson is a great doctor who mange’s my care in the most competent manner. His advice and directions to better my health has improved my diabetes to acceptable A1c results as well as having lost 25 lbs so far. His staff, as well, does everything to a tee, from drawing blood to Nursing assistance, to scheduling and dealing with the pharmacies. "Dr. Johnson belittled my request for a nebulizer, then only prescribed the medication and not the machine. This medication is to be administered as it is a breathing treatment, so I had to purchase the machine at full cost. I love Village Medical but will not ever go back to this particular physician."
"This appointment went way past my appointment time both before being seen and during the time I interacted with staff and Dr. Johnson. There was no explanation other than sorry about the delay...saying there was an emergency would have been better understood. I didn't take the time to finish my list of concerns but that was my decision"
"I've been going to this doctor's office for several years. Like many others, the office was o, but over the years it has grossly deteriorated. I scheduled a check up appointment to get my medication refilled. I made appointment through the call center. When I got there and I was told that it was supposed to be virtual. I guess they left a message the night before. Ok fine. So I sat in my car and went ahead and did the virtual appointment. I was told to go and get blood work "give me a few minutes and I will send over the order". I waited for over 4 hours because the lab said the doctor's office didn't fax over the order to have the blood work done. Three calls later it was done. This was last Wednesday 2/22. Fast forward to 3/3 and I'm still struggling to have my prescription filled. Of course they claim they called or left messages but I only received 1 message which was today, 9 days later. Every time I call, I get the call center and then they have to call someone from the office to look into the situation. I was told today the prescription would be called in today. Needless to say, it wasn't and I am back to square one."
