"Pros: - small office, you're there with maybe 2-3 other people and they might have 4 or 5 rooms total.- It's an option near my home Cons: - Also echoed by other reviews, their billing practices are a bit questionable and frustrating Specific examples: - I returned to the office after a biopsy with what I thought was going to be an extraction. No, I paid a co-pay for the PA to meet with me for 1-minute where I was told to return 2 weeks later. - On my second biopsy, I shared with the staff that I didn't want to come in and pay a co-pay just to be told to return, so they agreed to a telemedicine appointment.  On that subsequent call, they wouldn't give me the results over the phone before charging me a copay. I said no, and the nurse told me the results and scheduled my follow up. (That woman is a hero.) During the next visit, the other staff said she shouldn't have scheduled me without me "talking to the doctor." - 3-4 months after my last visit, I got an invoice for the date of my stitches removal. In my numerous past medical visits I have never had to pay for wound care so contacted them as it must have been a mistake. After a week of back and forth, billing said "the reason you were charged is because the provider went over results during the visit." It felt like they were finding any opportunity for the provider to talk with you, even for 1 minute, just so they can bill.  Be prepared."

"Providers are nice and listen to your concerns. Other staff members I’ve interacted with over the phone lack accountability and can be dismissive just to get you off the phone, with the exception of Michelle who went above and beyond to get my message delivered. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone in the billing department. You’d think they want their claims paid, however, they do the bare minimum. I’ve had to play the middle man between my insurance and the billing department for several months now because they refuse to call my insurance to get clarification on billing issues."

"Front desk staff incompetent. Don't bother to check if you have already filled out the forms online. PA is great though."
