"I went here for a year and went through at least 5 doctors and two counselors because they kept quiting. They were always behind schedule and most of the time I didn't even see the doctor in person it was a video conference. One of the doctors made a disgusting comment on my weight- him as well as one of the counselors insisted that I apply for welfare and state assistance because I'm an AHCCSS recipient, claiming that I'd likely qualify since -as the doctor put it- "I'm poor enough" (can't make this up) I felt my mental health needs were not being meant at this place so I stopped showing up to counseling and they dropped me due to non compliance. (Fair enough) Since they were the only location near me I decided to go back again and then got a lecture from this patronizing doctor who basically told me I wasn't worth returning. I have plenty of other terrible experiences from them but it's too much to relive. Hoping they get shut down or put under investigation, their negligence is likely to account for more mental health crisis. I now drive 40 minutes out to another agency that treats me 100% better"

"They need to keep a doctor for more than a month or 2, also counselors that want to help people. My doctor is allotted 20 minutes with me, that’s long enough to know my name and then they want to change my medications that work just to protect their practice. We need more than 20 minutes with our doctors!!!!! This is mental health we are talking about!!!! Who should be held reliable if something happens because I don’t have my medications when all I’m trying to do is the right thing and continue taking my meds? I have a family I have to take care of and it’s extremely difficult when I’m not properly medicated. Someone with the power to do something needs to step up and take care of this issue or be held reliable. Thank you"

"I am unfortuantly a client at this wasted space of a "business" but am in the process of switching! I have been a client here for over nine months, still in the same group. Not moving down to a lower level of care due to my attendance?! I miss one maybe two groups a month every once in a while due to...well life! Not to mention these are all excused absences! This place is 150% a joke!!!! They keep their clients their for way, way too long!!! The groups are a joke, all we ever do is packets in group. When I speak up and try to talk about what is going on in my life, or even about how my day is going, I get shut down!! I get told we don't have enough time to hear about that right now because either A, we need to get this packet done or B, we will not be able to watch all of the video! I thought I was hear to talk about me and what's going on in my life?! All they care about is the money! Groups always get started late, anywhere from 15-40 minutes late! They never return your phone calls and rarely answer their phone! They are always running out of water or barley have enough left. Always either out of soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Part of the ceiling is torn out and dripping water for over two months now, it's loud ( the dripping), smells terrible and has mold growing on it. I have been told a few lies and caught them red handed. This place is horrible and they put on a front at the beginning to make themselves look good! I would not recommend my worst enemy to go here!!"

"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. In the 6 months or so that I was with Family Service Agency, I was without meds 3 times because I couldn't get them to call it in. Twice these periods without medication were for a month or more. My first med provider quit with no notice. They told me they would call me to reschedule my appointment and wouldn't let me schedule one twice. When I finally got them to schedule one, they couldn't get me in for 2 months. When I asked for my meds to be called in so I didn't run out of them during those 2 months, I got told off by the nurse and they would only give me a months worth of medication. When I finally got to that appointment, the new meds doc hadn't even looked at my file and tried to take me off the meds I've been on for years. She didn't care about my symptoms or any problems I was having. She then said she wanted to see me in 3 months and only gave me 2 months worth of medication. I called every day for a week to have them call in the last months worth of medication and they never called them in to the pharmacy or called me back. The receptionist is friendly to your face but often rude on the phone, no matter why you're calling and even when she calls you about appointments (half of those calls are so they can reschedule them). The only good thing there is a therapist named Africa (I don't know her last name.) She worked with me and tried to help me in every way she could and was generally upset about how the agency was treating patients in general. While she is really needed there, I can see the practices of this agency burning her out and I really hope she moves on to somewhere that actually cares about their patients."
