"I saw Lorelei Carter. She was beyond horrible. Accused me of thinking I was better than her 20 minutes after sitting down. She was so incompetent I looked her up and low and behold, shes been a real estate agent up until a few months ago. I've met a lot of psychologists, have a degree in pysch, and never in my life have I meet someone so inappropriately suited to be a counselor. In addition, she overcharged me. I hope she didn't commit insurance fraud as well and bill my insurance, but I wouldn't be surprised."

"Absolutely horrible establishment. I was referred to a therapist who did nothing but send my anxiety through the roof, as she repeatedly interrupted me and spent the entire time focusing on a diagnosis that she wanted to slap on me after only about 15 minutes. I regret not walking out of the office immediately because it did not begin well and only got worse, and then when I took my complaints to an admin they had no sympathy for me and hung up on me. They also refused to refund me, so I paid over $100 to be stressed out and leave in worse shape than when I got there. These people are running such a shady practice, where I don't see how anyone can ever "be well" after seeing them. I certainly won't think twice if something doesn't seem right ever again, because this proves it won't get better."
