"I would give this location zero stars if it were allowed. I purchased a pair of Versace sunglasses for my wife on 7/24/19 that are defective and the store manager Lori is refusing to honor the defect policy. When I pointed out the policy on the back of the receipt, which she wasn't familiar with because she had to read it, blew me off saying I'd have to contact the manufacturer directly. Lori explained that they have no way of fixing defective glasses so the only other option was to buy another pair. Lori is only concerned with sales and not the customer experience."
