"So disappointing! Only my 2nd time in your store as I am visiting from Canada. My 1st time was excellent so I came back to get bras to take home. I entered the store and did 2 walks around looking at clothes. I then went to the bras and picked out some to try on. Went to the fitting rooms to try them on. Needed another size so got dressed and came out to find them. Went back to the bra section. Since i entered the store, not one sale associate had acknowledged my presence! There were 3 associates chatting behind the counter and no customers! I decided to just leave!"

"The entire team at #4190 the Outlet location is Awesome! I was able to set up a scheduled appointment for a bra fitting and styling appointment. Yuv and Lucy listened to my concerns and helped myself to feel comfortable with finding some new styles to wear for a new me! I purchased several pairs of pants and blouses and two suites. They helped me get a sense of mixing and matching the colors and fabrics and helping me get comfortable putting together outfits. It was a great experience. I was wearing the wrong bra size and clothes size. I think a lot of us are wearing the wrong size… with their help this was a great opportunity to update my wardrobe!
