"Spouse needed to use her walker chair today at the outlet mall. She had a wonderful associate at old navy acting like a personal attendant for her. Brings her different sizes. She loved it. The person was so accommodating. Spouse was able to try on many pieces of clothing without using her walker going back and forth. Thanks so much to the helpful efficient associate."

"Went to buy some summer outfits for my Granddaughter who wears a size 2T. Everything is cute. Adorable. Full of fun colors, but nothing matches! You find a cute shirt w/pink, yellow & orange in it, but there aren't shorts in the same shade of pink. Same thing for yellow. They have a butter yellow & a sort of maize yellow. No just plain, sunshine happy yellow. And there aren't any orange shorts at all. Then they have sweet little patterned shorts in a variety of colors & styles, but most don't have a complimentary shirt to match. I think I only found 2-3 solid colored t-shirts, but was only able to match one of them to a couple pairs of shorts. We have purchased so many adorable separates always telling ourselves that we'll have something at home that will match it, but we never do. From now on, unless we find it deeply clearanced we're only going to buy matching sets. Speaking of clearance, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE finding things for $1.97, $1.47, .97¢ & even .47¢!!! I buy clothes for kids I don't even have, hoping that I'll run into someone one day that's the right size for the clothes I've already bought. So much fun! As a side note, many of the regular priced items are priced ridiculously high. I would never pay what they were asking. Not even if it were on sale. Had a good time though, spending $22.00!!"

"Over all really great customer service. We came to do some Black Friday shopping. The staff was really professional. It was crazy crowded and it was hard to move Around to shop comfortably. I liked how they had a quick dressing room by men’s pants so I could quickly find out if what I wanted would fit. It was a little weird having people tug on the curtain but I guess when it’s Black Friday it can be expected. The line went by super quickly and that was a plus. Old navy always has such great deals on Black Friday and this location it’s one of the best! I highly recommend checking out their plaid shirt and their jeans! Thank you old navy fire making Black Friday 2019 super smooth and pain free! I’m also excited to use the bucks I earned to do some cyber Monday shopping!!"
