"Very rude old lady. We have been shopping here since the store opened years ago and always had a nice shopping experience. Today we met an old white lady in her 50s who was so rude. We literally left everything that we wanted to buy and took our business somewhere else. It’s just not today I am not going back to the store again. Hope Tommy us a better staff selection process and recruits young and happy staff rather than old frustrated people lacking customer care attitude!"

"Will not be shopping here ever. As soon as my wife and I walked into the store on 5/2, we got kicked out for not wearing a mask... by an associate who wasn't even wearing his mask correctly. It was down to his upper lip, nose completely uncovered. And this is after the mask mandates have been lifted. The hypocrisy... You expect dying brick and mortar stores such as this one to be more courteous to their customers. I will not spend a single penny on this brand ever again. Amazon it is."
