Leslie's products are known to be the best in the business so that's the only place I shop."

Called to ask them to refund the over charged amount, they told me they could give me store credit for the $100 but they couldn't do a refund, stated their bank doesnt allow that. The pool cleaner was on sale for $479, they charged me $579. Will be disputing charge with my bank and filing complaint with the BBB."

"Purchased 2 pool alarms for full price after 30 days one of them broke. Only had it installed for 3 weeks before the bypass button stopped working. Went here to exchange it and they would not do an even exchange since I did not have the packaging or receipt. They knew I bought it, based on my order history. they ended up making me pay 1/2 the cost to exchange it for a new working one. They should have done an even exchange especially because the product no longer worked only after 3 weeks of use."
