"I have been coming daily to this location for almost 9 years. When our Mary passed away there was a change in staff. As much as I miss her I have to say I have really enjoyed the new and old staff. James is the best and always smiling and welcoming me in. Just wanted to shout out that, even though it is tough not to see our Mary I am pleased it still feels like I am still part of a family when I come in. p.s. management has not strayed during this time of mourning. I send my deepest sympathies."

"No gas at noon on a Friday. The air pump was broken - it let air OUT, my low-pressure tire ended up almost flat. The inside of the store was filthy, trash and cash register receipts all over the floor."

"The one lady works EVERY morning but one weekend day, She has NO idea how the rewards card works and will never scan it always tries sliding it, asking for a pin and wanting to charge the card not give credits for coffee purchases. I am in the store EVERY DAY buying a coffee and water EVERY morning. The middle coffee machine has been broken for over 3 months and that one holds the "reserve" coffees. Always seem to be low on the essentials for how busy it gets for coffee and Big Gulps i'm not sure why Creamer is so hard to keep in stock/maintained but they seem like stock isn't checked unless somebody complains about it up front. maybe.. This location is really close to my office and home but I might have to start driving out of my way over to Shea. Nothing has changed here in years it seems other than the coffee machines."
