"I went in today to complete a return for my mother. The experience was terrible. The ladies were talking about how their co worker has contracted Covid right In front of me while ignoring my presence. I was going to look to get something else in exchange instead of returning but the energy and the attitude of the workers made it clear I was not welcome. They did not say hello or thank you. Please spend your money elsewhere."
"Nice store, limited sizes and service was terrible-not just in this store-stopped in 4-5 ladies clothing stores at Kierland today- same in every store-very unfriendly sales people except for Banana Republic where the sales clerk scanned an item I was looking at to check the sale price for me. Really disappointing as I have always enjoyed shopping at Kierland. The only thing brick and mortar has going for it these days is customer service- I hope they all realize this and decide to be friendly and help the customers- before its too late and we have to buy EVERYTHING online or through Amazon- Ugh!!"
