I had the bike on only power level 2 of 5 for the 2 hour duration of the ride but lost complete power the last couple miles which wasn’t the end of the world but surprised me. Website is not good ."

The scenery along the trail is amazing but make sure to bring plenty of water as it does get very hot. Paul and Chris were very nice and happy to help us and provided us with excellent customer service. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend using this company for any scooter or e-bike rental.
