"The service and overall experience used to be great and worth 5 stars, but this location has since hired girls with sticks in their nose so you already know where this is going... I went in for a battery replacement and instead left with a scratched watch and a tin can lid full of scratches. The scratches on my tin can didn't exist before the girls took it to do the battery replacement. The scratches were there when the watch was returned with a new battery. The watch also had scratches when it was returned including the part of the watch that rests on the wrist. How does that even get scratched? I expect that if I buy a Fossil watch for $150 that it be handled carefully."
