They discuss the different chemicals with you and make appropriate recommendations. They also offer military discounts."

"Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. But, the parking is very terrible, there are only 3 spots and 1 handicap in front of the store. The spots are always full, that is because there is a " Youfit Health Club". I wish the parking spots had a sign for Leslie's parking only."

"Horrible store, every time I go in there I leave angry and I'm not normally an angry person. I wish I could've given zero stars. I purchased a new brush and a new pole in June of this year from this store on Tatum & Greenway. The pole bent about 2 months after purchasing it, and doesn't completely retract anymore. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is the new brush that broke yesterday. I took it back into the store today to exchange it since it didn't last through 1 pool season. (3+months) I had to wait 30 min to be helped. The manager who was too busy to talk to me himself told the guy behind the front counter that because it has been too long 90 days and that I have a chlorine pool they will not replace it. What a crock of crap!! Pools are expensive and I have spent a lot of money over the last 15 plus years maintaining pools at 2 homes here in the valley. I will never set foot in Leslie's pool stores again. I will drive across town to Perrys on 19th ave. They are great. I'm on my way there now."
