The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Big shout out to my instructor, Wayne, who is highly experienced and great at instructing. He was so patient with my antics and let us borrow his gear in the cold water when we forgot ours. Also, he rescued my fins when i accidentally dropped them in the lake. I’m pretty anxious so I don’t think I could’ve done it without Joes guidance as well as everyone else in the shop. Great place!"
