He not only came on time, he gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received. Most people plan their business time by the minute. In and out and if you’re lucky maybe 15 minutes and off to the next customer. He came rode my bike, took it into his truck and came back 5 days later with the right tools to fix my bike and didn’t ask to be paid until he finished working on my bike. Wow! "I've been using Jon at Thrill Bikes for a few years now and couldn't be happier. Small jobs Jon completes on site with a full mobile shop and the bigger ones he does the pickup and drop off at my house. I'm big on saving time and that's exactly what the mobile service does for me. Jon built me a single speed bike and regularly maintains my race bike, SS and wife's MTB. I'm big on regular maintenance to keep the bike on the trails as much as possible. This is the second year that Jon has done a full overhaul on my race bike and it comes back PERFECT. It's nearly an effortless spin on the cranks and completely silent. He never tries to sell me on things I don't need or want, but advises using a long history of engineering and bikes. So I never get sold a flux capacitor. I've got Jon on deck for a complete overhaul each year and he's super responsive whenever I have a question or need something fixed.
