"I always go to get what I need for my pool n have ny water tested. The wait time is horrible, if you go ask for a water test expect to wait an hour since it's not there priority, if people come in they stop the water test n help others. Always just have one person even in the weekend when it's most busy"

"Not a lot of selection and the store seems geared for above ground pools more than in ground. If you have a salt pool then you're even more out of luck. All of their prices are straight up MSRP lists and I've never seen a sale on anything. Leslie's is a national brand and well respected, but I think I'll spend my money at our locally owned pool supply stores that have far larger selections and better prices."
