"I was greeted promptly and the service advisor confirmed the reason for my appointment and inquired about anything else they could do. I declined and she said it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs for the oil change and she would get me when the service was complete. Approximately 1 hr and 20 min. later I noticed my truck in the pick up lane and the keys were delivered to the service advisor. What I don’t understand is why it took another 30 min for the service advisor to get me. It shouldn’t take a half hour to write up a service report and produce an invoice."

"I have a Chevy Tahoe that has some expensive special shocks. I was shocked at the price when my local auto shop quoted me for replacement, so I started calling around to get a comparison. I called and spoke with Zach and was very shocked to find out that the dealership pricing was actually cheaper Than my local auto shop. I got my Tahoe serviced, the pricing was the best of any dealer or service shop that I called. Start to finish Zach was extremely helpful. They even provided a Lyft for me back home since the repair was going to take several hours. I will definitely be a return customer."
