"I went in today and couldn’t believe what the cashier Dee had said to me I had bought lottery and some other things and had said that I wish I was having a better day than right after she said I would be having a better day if you would hurry up I couldn’t believe that she would even say that she should find a different job where she can treat customers more rudely"

"I have never had a bad experience at this Circle K until today. Whoever worked at this store (between 2:15 and 2:45 12/10; didn't have a name tag) wasn't the most customer service oriented. I asked for mint Copenhagen long cut and I saw he had regular in his hand. I said that I asked for mint. "No you didn't." I was a little taken aback by his response. I replied that I thought I had. As he turned his back to me to get the mint he again said, "no you didn't." under his breath but i heard him. There was absolutely no reason for him to be defensive or derisive. I was respectful and I didn't say or do anything to put him in that mindset. I don't feel anyone should be treated like that without provocation or reason. Like I said; outside of this encounter I would have given this store a 5 star rating so maybe it's just this gentleman I'm giving the 2 star rating to."

We've always been greeted no matter how many customers are in the store, They also know and remember all of our names and then if something is not working/out of order or if it just stated acting funny or something like they always always do 100%+ to make up for it."

"My family and I frequent this Circle K. My husband has been feeling sick after drinking Mt Dew. Today he noticed there was black residue on the spout. He tried to bring it up to one of the employees, and they only took offense to it. The employee ignored him and another one asked him to go somewhere else. This is not save for other clients. We would like to bring it to someone's attention so no else one gets sick from it."
