Yeah Customer Service Average. Yup Definitely No Christmas Cheer Here. I Like The Ross Store's In California Much Better. I Never Have Problems Finding Clothes In Sun Diego!"

"I really love shopping at Ross, I do not enjoy the way it's set up. If you have a cart and go down the isles, there's not a lot of room. It's pretty much a one-way isle. There was a woman in a wheelchair who was having a hard time in the isles, and she seemed frustrated trying to shop. Hopefully, Ross can figure out a way to make shopping more convenient in the isles. But we always find great deals on clothes and other things which we love!"

"Was at Ross this morning. It was a pig style. Clothes and shoes all over the floors. I watched three girls looking at clothes then letting them fall on the floor. It was hystericle to them. These girls were young adults. Won't go back until they clean up that store. That store needs a few men in there to control some of the buyers. What a shame. I love Ross, I will be going to another one."
