"Horrible experience with this pharmacy. Real amateur hour!! Placed an order for two prescriptions and they dispensed to another office, and this is not the first they’ve made mistakes. They didn’t call or alert anyone from my office either. Extremely unprofessional, very poor communication, and continuous mistakes with prescriptions. My mistake for trusting them!! Lots of pharmacies to choose from. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your prescriptions and other pharmaceuticals. If I could give them negative stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!! I just saw you reply and my prescription was called into AZ, not La Jolla, CA. No one mentioned California when calling in my prescription or in my review, and my review was posted to your AZ location specifically. You realize you’re dealing with peoples prescriptions right? It’s really irresponsible. As frustrated and disappointed as I am with my experience with your pharmacy I think your reply is even more alarming."

"Another awful experience with this pharmacy, and this time will be the last. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I felt it was important to share how bad my experiences have been because people need their prescriptions filled correctly, and in a timely manner, neither of which are traits of Strive Pharmacy. I've been client for about 2 years and have placed about half a dozen orders, most of which, approximately 75%, have had some issue. Most times they screw up the medication or drug dosage, other times they don't call or let me know a prescription is ready for pickup, and still other times they have dispensed my prescription to another provider. It's seemingly incomprehensible how sloppy they are, but I realized that by continuing to order from them I've enabled their bad behaviors to continue. I strongly recommend those reading this to find another pharmacy responsible, and competent, that can actually do the job; filling prescriptions correctly and communicating with customers. This pharmacy deserves 0 stars for their continuous incompetence. Choose your partners wisely, especially when they are dispensing critical medications and prescriptions. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! In response to your reply, it's completely false!! You really need to get your facts straight. There was no change in dosing, you attempted to dispense my prescriptions to another office, they told you that they didn't recognize the patients' names and your pharmacy cancelled my orders. NEVER AGAIN!! Take responsibility for your mistakes, these are prescription pharmaceuticals."

When I had some concerns, I called & spoke w/Devin who actually listened, took the time to answer questions & shared helpful info that showed the knowledge base of those who work here & alleviated my concerns.
