"The wait at the Cafe here can be excruciatingly long. They never have enough employees in the Cafe but it is especially bad on weekend afternoons. If you don't use their app to order then you could be standing in line for more than half an hour before your order is even taken; I timed my wait at 30 minutes and sixteen seconds to make an order and another 3 minutes and 21 seconds to get the food. After getting your food, you'll find that the dining area is dirty. There is no indication that people who ordered on the app are getting food while you're waiting in line. There is no signage in the line area stating that it is possible to skip the line and order on the app, and there are no employees letting you know this either. This leaves customers standing in a ridiculously slow line for a ridiculously long time, wondering all the while why it is so slow. This is going to result in fewer customers even considering eating here after or during shopping. Their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. After this wait, they failed to give me the drink that I ordered and gave me the wrong food. They fixed the issues after blaming me for the mistake. They removed one of the only sugar free options (Vitamin Water) from the drink selection and replaced it with tropical punch, leaving Pepsi Zero and water as the only sugar free options."

"This Sam’s Club is hit or miss with items in stock. No help on the floor. But the very worst is their cafe, so little people in line and about 5 people in the back serving. They still can’t get their grape out of their backend. Kept giving my order away to whom ever came up. They just said oops let me get you another, we’ll it only took 3 times to get 2 hot dogs and a pretzel. The only plus side that yeah it’s cheaper than eating some other fast food places."
