"Was Waiting on a prescription for 5 days. First was told to check the next day. The next day came and still nothing. I tried calling but didn’t go through to talk to anybody so I drove over. They told me sorry still waiting on meds.try the next day by 2:30. So I did, and I came back and I did wait.. and wait. I got a text finally the 5th day it was ready! I grabbed my kids and headed over. As I walked up to the pharmacy, the techs were just talking and giggling amongst each other. I said hi, would like to pick up my prescription. The manager said “sorry we are closed for lunch please come back at 2:30.” I said “please can you fill this, I’ve been waiting 5 days and your window is still open.” She turned her back to me, and while walking away said “No, 2:30”, her back still to me. She Sounded very annoyed I just stood there shocked at how rude she was and the fact that I ran over after coming to the store 3 different times to check on it, and after waiting 5 days and continuously being told that the prescription would be here the next day by 2:30. The pharmacy that was supposedly closed had the window open and two techs laughing at the cash register when I walked up. Nope no stars if I could."

"For the PHARMACY. I called attempting to update my insurance info and whoever they have working the phones is a grad a bit&^. Not willing to do her job in putting the effort in to update the insurance and then getting a horrible attitude when I ask to speak someone who was willing to help me instead of rushing me off the phone. It sucks that you call to try and get your insurance info updated and the little girl behind the phone wants to take her problems out on you."

"It only took ordering here once to realize the customer care in this pharmacy was wayyy below basic standards. We now use Costco pharmacy. They are so professional, friendly and quick. They’ll jump through hoops to try and help a patient. Just go there, it’s right up the street."

"No need to wonder why this chain is horrible. Stopped in to pick up prescriptions during pharmacy open hours. Pharmacy closed. No clue when it will open. This is a Saturday morning....if not open now, then when? Don't bother making a trip here without calling first."

"If I could give no stars, I would. Dr. Camille and the tech, Emily were rude, condescending and absolutely unprofessional. Their lack of empathy and compassion was not acceptable. We will be transferring all of our family’s medications elsewhere. There is an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME we try to fill our sons’ medications at this location. It has caused our family undue stress and frustration. There needs to be a real overhaul of the pharmacy management. The only pharmacist who has the ability to make it work is Sonja. Camille told me to come back in 30 minutes for a medicine that showed “ready for pick up” in the app and another medicine that I had been called that was “ready or pick up.” When I came back hours later, neither medication was ready and one magically “expired while sittingu on the shelf” in the time between 2:30-4pm. It seemed like retaliation for being called into accountability for questioning the pharmacist’s intentions."
