"This Walgreens is horrendous. Completely unorganized with poor service. I’m not sure how this is even classified as a pharmacy. Long lines, wrong prescriptions and a complete mess. Even worse, nothing is done about it. Going back to Costco."

"Impossible to get ahold of the pharmacy. You call and wait 25 minutes and get hung up on and you call again and it’s the same thing. It should never be this much trouble to fill a prescription. The Walgreens app hardly works anymore either. This place is going severely downhill and I recommend using a different pharmacy or alternate location."

"Unbelievably poor pharmacy service! Waited in line for more than 25 minutes to check-in for a vaccine appointment, while they had one person working the inside counter. Then, had to wait 15 more minutes to be given (and required to complete) a form that was already completed on-line; add an additional 10 minutes to get the shot. Why require or offer an appointment if customers are required to wait in line with walk-ins and customers picking up prescriptions? Add insult to injury the staff was unfriendly and unapologetic!"

"ENRAGED. This Hass to be one of the worst pharmacies or businesses I have ever come across. The staff is extremely rude and discourteous and treat patients like they are subservient peasants. I thought the issue would be resolved when I spoke with the pharmacist but things only got worse from there. From insults and accusations on her end to denying medication I was reliant on the staff here including the pharmacist have to be some of the most boorish humans on the planet. Complaints with the medical boards had to be filed. Do yourself a favor and go to the CVS across the street."

"Disorganized pharmacy and untruthful employees. We were told come back in an hour three times and they still they didn't have it ready for the day. It has been a week of trying to fill a prescription and the only person who is responsible for doing the work is yourself. I had to call just so they would begin to fill it because they are so unorganized. I wouldn't rely on this pharmacy if you have a prescription that is important for your health."
