"This is my regular pharmacy and they are always top notch for me. Went in today for my Flu shot and COVID booster. Adrian checked us in, friendly and quick as always. Khadidja did the actual shots - this woman is good! I didn't even feel the flu shot, and the COVID shot was quick and easy! Love these folks."
"Adrian came into action and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue of my Rx being called in to the wrong pharmacy. He was able to have my antibiotic delivered to me in the evening. Thank you to the all star team."
"i would have given negative reviews for this place. the pharmacy is terrible not helpful at all. extremely rude employees. they don't even have courtesy to inform the orders that are not available in stock. please do not choose this as your preferred pharmacy"
"Extremely rude and negative staff member. Not sure if she was having a bad day and brought it to work, or what. Super negative dark look on her face like she hated her job, and people. Verbally rude and crude. To each person in line. I will Never return to Frys Pharmacy again. Walgreens is just across the street. I am transfering everything over to them now."
"I’ve been getting my prescriptions there for about a year, and I’ve lost my patience with their system. They’ve messed up my prescriptions enough due to the issues in their system enough. I’ve used their automated system to send refills many times, and a while ago I learned that if you try to refill two prescriptions in one call, the automated system only remembers the first one and not any others after. This has happened many times, to me and my father. I also learned that their automated system is supported to automatically send a fax to the doctors office asking for a refill. It has failed to send this request 3 times, and these 3 times are to 3 different doctors offices. I have to call them and ask them to resend it before it will actually send and be received. These two issues together have meant I go days without a medication that regulates my heart. I wish I could tell this to the reps I call at the pharmacy, or the pharmacist, but it’s not their fault—it’s a system built by someone else. As far as service goes, the people there are fine. Probably 4/5 stars, but I no longer want to chance not getting heart medication due to their systems issues."
