"Excessive delays in the pharmacy, in terms of getting either service or prescriptions filled. This has been a long-term problem. I feel they are understaffed and have remained so for quite some time."

"They deleted my post apparently on this. I have had two abysmal encounters with this pharmacy. Hold times in excess of an hour, blatant disrespect from associates, and a complete disregard from customer service. This CVS is a disgrace to the CVS company and no one should ever go to this CVS under ANY circumstances. After being on hold for over 2 hours today with no one ever answering the phone, I eventually was forced to drive to the store and wait in line for 20 minutes. After that, they told me my insurance was wrong. I called walgreens down the road and they helped me with zero problems. Deleting negative posts is a further indicator of the lack of customer care at this CVS."

"They take forever to fill prescriptions. They say sorry we are backed up and they don’t answer the phone. Worst of all they were talking about how “cvs is killing them” and “customers who demand their prescriptions now” right in front of customers who are waiting for their prescription. Talk about unprofessionalism!"

"Super-Helpful pharmacy! I had to get a prescription filled for my son just days after changing insurance and the pharmacy staff at this location couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped sort through a bunch of annoying insurance company rules, worked through the brand vs. generic costs and even found a discount card to help save me $50 on a prescription."

"Umm they suck. I went there last night and asked the drive through girl if I could give her my ID and she told me no and for me to just spell my 9 letter long last name instead for her. Because walking 3 feet to the window and taking my ID from me would me too much energy expended for her. Then they messed up my prescription per usual and today on the phone I asked if they could send a prior auth that they already have on file to my insurance company for me and the guy said no and that I can call the insurance company if I want. Ummm ok, should I also put on a CVS uniform and nametag and show up for work and clock in and do your whole job for you? Because submitting a prior auth that they already have a copy of on file to my insurance company would take another 45 seconds of good customer service. You ask them any question and they just guess and make up answers. They have no clue how to answer anything because they refuse to get in the computer and look anything up or do anything. They just say no no no were just waiting for this, no no no, you can call your doctor, you can call your insurance, no no no. Let me hurry up and get you off the phone and get back to making my $10 an hour for providing the worst customer service of all time."
