CVS Pharmacy

"Called the pharmacy, held on the phone for 31 min. No one ever picked up. My medication was not in stock. Called back. They hung up before I could get a word in."

"I had the opportunity to use the CVS Pharmacy within the Target Store at 32351 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale today. The pharmacist was so very helpful in checking on the availability of the drug ordered by my Doctor and held it for me until her order was received. Such kindess, professionalism and fabulous Customer Service."

"This pharmacy, especially Michelle, is so good that we use CVS even after they stopped taking our insurance. When the change occurred, we got moved to Walgreens, and every month, Walgreens messed up or didn't even have the medication despite the fact that hubby uses the same meds every month for an incurable illness. If he doesn't have the meds, he will have immediate, acute consequences, but Walgreens doesn't care to keep it in stock or timely order it so that it's available when we need it. So, we take the hit and use Good Rx at CVS and wait until we can choose a different insurance option next open enrollment."

"My wife and I waited 1 hour 10 minutes to try to get our flu shots. Finally, we just walked out without them and went to Safeway’s pharmacy and we were in and out (both of us) just under 5 minutes. The people or low paying clerks at this CVS are just pitifully rude and discourteous. Since they don’t make any “real money” for giving the flu vaccines, they’re willing to let you wait (forever) while they take other people who come after you to fill their Rxs. And, what’s worse we filled out the paperwork and they have us just sitting there while they take care of other people. Talked to the manager before we left about this and her only excuse was they want to get a number of flu vaccine people together so they can give them altogether. This is the “rack and stack” philosophy. Bottom line: go to Safeway’s pharmacy!"

"Absolutely deserving of 5 Stars. Michelle was amazing as a Pharmacist. Super helpful, walked me through all of the medication I was getting. Took time to look things up and provide accurate information. They took several discount pharmacy cards and made sure that I was getting the very lowest prices. They were quick, filled the prescription fast, courteous, generally the best CVS experience I have ever had. 5 Stars all around."
