"They NEVER answer the phone unless you let it ring incessantly, and then when they finally answer they act bothered. Once you finally fill your prescription, you can bet your life you will have to call and do it again, only to find out it’s out of stock or delayed or something they could have told you earlier. OR you will pay for it, and it will never arrive. So be sure to babysit these special people, and call back if you don’t get a confirmation that your order was placed. How do these people have jobs? Automation needs to take their place ASAP so they can go back to being unbothered by a job that they clearly don’t want."

"Prompt delivery. Sometimes, I get an ‘out for delivery’ notification, but it doesn’t come until the next morning. When that happens, it is delivered fairly early morning so I still give them five stars!"

"Expensive and horrible communicators. Told me sent product and I did not receive for 2 weeks. I than called and they said it was delayed. Than I never received it and they said they sent it and still charged me. Unfortunately, they have a captured market and dermatologists force us to go there. I guess that's why they think they can do whatever they want. SECOND HORRIBLE REVIEW- kept me on hold for 20 minutes to say that we can deliver product and we will charge you whether you get it or don't get it. Can you believe these guys!!!!!!!!11"
