"If you're looking for clothes then this is the place to go and the fact that it's located in a wealthy part of the city means they tend to have more high-end clothes! Not a whole lot of other stuff but lots and lots and lots of clothes. I go to Goodwill for cheap electronics, small furniture, and odd this's and that's so I struck out at this location."
"See pictures for prices they're charging for other peoples literal trash. $2.49 for an empty bottle with trash still in it, a (clearly marked) $3 puzzle marked up to 4.49, a glass votive holder from the Dollar Tree is now $2.49, and empty container of trader Joe's tea bags for $1.49. Why buy a product and throw out the trash when you can BUY the trash for MORE - without any pesky product inside?! This store is a joke. Cheap, used Shein clothing all over the place marked up 2, 3, 4x the price of buying it new. Same with Walmart brand - we saw a pair of Walmart jeans 3x the price we bought the same ones new for, Target brand, Kohls. You can even go to Ross and buy a brand new wardrobe there for less. I am not exaggerating in the slightest and that's what's sad. I miss what Goodwill used to be. I see a lot of this same complaint in the other reviews so I hope word is getting around about this. We didn't spend a dime here and don't plan to. Who else had this experience?"
"This store is fairly large, and has a good selection. They also have a large holiday selection as well. The location is also in a prime spot, off of power and baseline. There are a good amount of books to choose from, wide aisles, and curious employees. The thing that makes me give this store a three star review is where goodwill really screwed up: they don’t allow you to try out your clothes in store. Instead, they give you a one week return window, in order to return any clothing that you did not fit into correctly. This is extremely inconvenient, and a ridiculous policy. So for that reason, this store gets a three star review. I personally would shop somewhere else for this reason alone. ***Update: so, we did have to return some stuff, and it turns out that they don’t give you cash back! Instead, they force you to take in-store credit. So, if you’re planning on going the route of having to return stuff, beware that you’re not actually going to get your money back! Instead, they will give you a gift card with your money on it, that you have to spend at Goodwill. Once again, I do not recommend you shop at this store. Now my review is dropping down to a one star."
"Goodwills go through cycles where new managers take over, jack up all the prices, and the shelves fill with literal garbage that never sells. It’s obvious that this is what’s happening here and that the new manager is trying to turn thrift into grift. Broken electronics are weighing down the shelves so hard that they’re collapsing, racks are overflowing with overpriced clothes with holes, stains, and damage, yet the new manager is pricing things as if they’re made of solid gold. I’d recommend avoiding this location for the next six months or so until the current manager is fired or moved to another location."
