Fry's Pharmacy

"It doesn't get any worse than this. I was told that my son's seizure medication would be ready 48 hours ago. I went to pick his medication up today and was told it wouldn't be ready for another hour. Thankfully, I know how these people are so I called the prescription in early. This is not a controlled substance. There was no valid excuse for this. The only answer I got was they were 2 people short. You have been warned. There are better pharmacies around here who care and make their patients health a priority instead of making excuses."

"I’m pretty sure this is literally the worst pharmacy in Tucson. I have now been here 3 times today and blatantly lied too over and over again. I really hope you all can pay for the fines that are about to incur"

"It really depends on what day you go to this fry's pharmacy. Some days, you get lucky and have wonderful people. Other days, it seems like everyone is there just for a paycheck. You win some. You lose some. I would definitely recommend over the Walmart pharmacy if you have a choice. I actually transferred my whole family's prescriptions to this pharmacy from there."

"I badly needed a prescription today that the pharmacy was out of per their computer. Raelynn was going to transfer it to another location that had it in stock so I could get it today. It was a little far but I said ok. At the last minute she asked to put me on hold to check something. When she came back she told me some had just come in today and she could have it ready in an hour. It wasnt in the computer yet. She could have easily just sent me further away but took the extra step to check the recent shipment they received. THANK YOU RAELYNN. Great customer service!"

"Do not come here. I genuinely cannot tell if the employees are bigots, woefully incompetent, or both. They will randomly cut you off from serious medication cold turkey with no explanation, tell you to call your doctor about it, and claim they never heard anything from said doctors and continue to refuse you medication you have been on for a decade. Someone here is lying, and they put me through withdrawal and the symptoms of illness nearly every month just because. My physical and mental health have actively declined since coming here. They often refuse to give me one specific medication, and when they do they will not give me proper needles for extraction and injection, just a bag of insulin needles that are unusable that I still have to pay for, always have them update the notes on the correct needles and they always throw them out and repeat the process next month. For your physical health and safety, don't come here."
