"Don’t try calling the pharmacy because they pickup and immediately place you on hold SEVERAL times without any regard to let you know that they are “busy”. It’s highly rude. Just imagine hearing the background noise at the store then immediately the hold music, follow by ringing and the cycle repeats. Being busy is not an excuse for being rude, plus thanks for NO apology. I appreciate the manners… hah!"
"Can you please teach the people that you call butchers in your meat department how to properly use the absorbent pads they put into your meat? They're constantly putting them upside down which causes the fabric side to stick to the meat. Is there a training process for these guys or do you just throw anyone back into the meat dept??? It's extremely frustrating when I go to remove the absorbent pad and the fibers stick to my steaks..."
"I bought some of the lunch meat that the deli prepackages for you. I got home to open it and as I pulled apart the bag I could clearly see a second price and date label under the first for an earlier sell by They literally re tagged the meat with a later sell by date! Crazy. I will never trust any thing made in this store again. When I returned and told the customer service person why she clearly could have cared less and didn’t seem to think it was an issue."
"I’ve been to a few Fry’s Food Stores over the years, and I have to say this one has the friendliest staff by far. Overall, the place seems to be well run. Kudos to the team and supporting management."
