It seems disrespectful to me because the customer of a pharmacy has priority. I am changing my medications to another pharmacy."

"This pharmacy NEVER follows up on prescription refill requests that need a Dr’s approval. Our last two times that our family needed refills that a Dr had to approve, we waited about a week and went to pick up our order. The prescription was not filled and they blamed the dr’s office for not responding to the fax and we had no idea the order was not being processed. Good patient care would include following up on those prescriptions if they hadn’t heard back or calling the patient so we could follow up with our doctor..going without a blood pressure medication or any medication is not in the best interest of a patient. I will be moving all of my prescriptions from here as they clearly do not care about their patients."
"I used to love this store but most of the good and friendly people are gone. The pharmacy was always caring and helpful, but something changed and they are rude, snotty and uncaring. I had a good relationship with the pharmacy personnel as well as the pharmacist but not anymore. Forget calling for a problem with your prescription or to find out why the prescription wasn't filled, you will wait 30 minutes if it's not busy. Your doctor can't get through because they can't keep calling back trying to get through when the line is always busy. If you complain, instead of saying sorry they just say "we are VERY busy" in a very unfriendly tone. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere!"
