"One female pharmacist consistently refuses to fill my mother’s necessary prescription because of claims that she received “too many prescriptions” in the last month. Why does the pharmacist believe they know better than her doctor and leaves my mother in pain. On the phone she belittled my mother, with an attitude and laughed while denying a prescription, claiming it was too early despite the prescription written to be filled today. Irresponsible and inappropriate as it appears to be a pharmacist with biased opinions towards necessary medication."
"I placed a delivery order yesterday that was to be delivered today between 2 and 3. Finally at 7 p.m. I cancelled the order. I cannot tell you how many excuses I received and how much smoke was blown up my derriere. My order was over $300. There is no excuse why my order was not filled and delivered. It was the ineptitude of the staff in the delivery department of this store that caused me to not receive my groceries. I don't even remember how many phone calls I made to find out where my groceries are. I was given one excuse after another. Honestly this was incredibly disappointing. It was incredibly frustrating. And to make matters worse the money that they put a hold on in my checking account won't be refunded back to me for three to five days. That is adding insult to injury."
