Not only is it a 5 star facility according to Google and the rest of the positive reviews under the website, it’s the staff that make it 5 starts and actually lives up to its motto, “Care that makes you”. If I may politely and humbly say as someone who gets to interact with my Staff that do a fantastic job of running this location, Barbie our lovely and kind front desk , does an amazing job at conversing with the people who call and walk in. Juliana, not only is she bilingual which is a plus for Spanish speakers, she does a fabulous job at working on everyone’s schedule, she is more then willing to lend a hand and accommodate you with a schedule that fits YOUR plan and in a very caring way. Then Lisa, a very respectful and heartfelt woman, such a beautiful soul she is, she was the one who did my interview and immediately acknowledged me and made me feel warm and comfortable, our interview was nothing short of compassion about clients. It was truthful the best interview I have ever had with such a great staff being there to make me feel welcomed as soon as I had opened the door. Kelly and Mike are beyond beautiful people, inside and out, they make it there priority to inform that not only do they care for the clients we have, as well as the staff. They are so kind, you can see it in there eyes, they greeted me in such a lovely way . I am so very thankful and greatful to work along side this company and I am MORE then proud to say I work with Syngery Home Care. The people here are genuine, raw, and rare. Not only are they changing lives but they are spreading kindness each day at a time. I have so much respect for each individual here. It's really admirable how they always see projects through from conception to completion and I want to say a huge Thank you for always speaking up to me one on one as well as in team meetings, including me and making me feel heard when me and other staff members provide a unique perspective on our jobs. "Synergy isn’t just about home health, they are dedicated to the care of the people they serve…100%. My wife and I have been searching for caregivers for years, for additional care. We have put way too much energy into fighting the VA due to an extensive lack of empathy and care on the VA’s part. Synergy bridges the gap between the two…personalized home care and the red tape of the government’s bureaucracy. We couldn’t seem to find a way past that.
