"I usually have a great experience here, but when I went today it wasn't. The young man that took my order failed to listen to what I wanted. Which of course was frustrating, this guy did the same thing to another customer. In my opinion he needs to listen better and maybe get some more training. I didn't get his name on my visit but the register was 2 and time was 4:34 on 3/16/2024. I asked for a single with a chocolate shake, but the change in price I opted for the soda. With the confusion he still did a double instead of a single. Makes me think the price hike was due to him not listening. Personally I like the crew that works the early shift. This is still my favorite burger spot. I just wanted to bring this to your attention regarding one of your employees."

"This is the best Culver's I have ever eaten in, and I've done a lot! We all ordered Cod dinners, and they were really good. The servers here seem genuinely happy, checked on us at the table, and even brought me fresh coffee. Lovely people."

"Went on a Friday evening and it was super busy. However, the Culver team was ready and waiting for the entire town to come by. They were so professional and efficient. The restaurant was kept clean and spaces made available by the dining staff members. The food was prepared and ready to take home in just a few minutes. The Shrimp dish with the Chili and Fries were awesome! I only wish I had a Culver’s exactly like this one in my hometown of Simi Valley! It would be packed every single night!!"
