"Needed a car battery change. Samantha from the Glenn Road Autozone in Sierra Vista, AZ took care of us so quickly and with great people skills. She tested the battery, replaced the battery and then tested the starter all in about 10 minutes. My only bad note is in the price. This same battery has gone up $100 in 10 years. I just paid $230 with taxes for a Duralast Gold 3-year warranty battery. But that doesn’t change the fact that Samantha did a great job. She also has very good mechanic skills."
