"Quite dirty, and the selections are a lot smaller than they used to be. Nothing seems as organized anymore, and you'll be hard pressed to find an employee if you need one aside from checkout and fitting rooms. The staff is still super kind, though, and does their best to manage the busier days, to make waits as low as possible."
"I used to shop at the store when I lived here before years ago, I've been in there three times recently and each time there's a long line of people and each person has a ton of stuff in their basket yet each time only one working the registers while other workers are near bye talking and having a good time but not helping the registers...."
"They have a great selection of clothes and home goods, but the store is always a little trashed and there is usually only one cashier despite super long lines. If it makes you mad to see employees standing around and talking to each other instead of doing their job, you should probably avoid this store."
"This is the worst Ross I have ever been to, the cashier asked for me to come up next and when I did he took a guy that just came up with a return instead of me and then when he was done his register went down and soon as I said something he said if I didn't like it just go somewhere else. I don't recommend this place at all."
