Panda Express

"DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION. Apparently the food is good ( I don't eat Chinese, but my man does and I'm at the drive through right now, picking up dinner for him. He loves Panda Express). But my review is just specifically for the drive through. I've been sitting in the drive through line for 7 minutes, have not moved one inch in my vehicle. I just now turned the corner and there are 6 cars ahead of me that I can see, before actually pulling up to the intercom to place my order. CRAZY!!"

"The food was fresh and hot, they had plenty of workers on hand to ensure quality, and I was on my way in a short amount of time. Thanks for the great experience! I will be stopping by again in the future!"

"I came in to get a plate of food and the service I received was horrible, it already seemed like an extremely dense environment and then a gentleman named Ian “helped” me with my food and he was beyond rude. I specifically asked him nicely if he could at least try to get me the smaller pieces of orange chicken as it is extremely hard for me to eat the bigger pieces, he completely ignored my request and it seems like I got more big pieces than normal, I simple shrugged this off as I did not want to be more of a bother than he already made me feel. I then get to the register already wanting to leave due to how uncomfortable this worker had made me feel, my boyfriend was still trying to be nice and tried to make small talk with Ian, this worker completely ignored him and interrupted him. It felt like he was just trying to get us out of there and was being extremely dismissive towards us, I have never felt more uncomfortable in a fast food place, usually when I come to panda the service is phenomenal which is what always brings me back but after tonight I think some of these workers need to be retrained on how to properly handle customer service, the only person there that did not make me feel horrible and was actually nice was quinn. Do better panda."

"Ugh why is it so impossible to get a correct order here?! Let's get the food quality/taste out of the way. It's Panda, it's fine. The problem is the service. Sure it comes with a good attitude and a smile, but my order was wrong again. I'm a patient person and I think ok, poop happens, maybe they're super busy, maybe it's Friday the 13th or maybe they just hate me and are doing it on purpose at this point, whatever. Orders shouldn't be screwed up this often. Anyway because of this happens so often (see other reviews, it's not just me) I usually check my order before leaving but this time I didn't. Sure enough I get all the way home and it's wrong (bleep). Now I gotta drive another 40 mins there and back (bleep). What makes it extra (bleep) frustrating is I got such a simple order. A bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. That's it. It even says it on the (bleep) sticker they put on the lid. So what do they give me, (bleep) fried rice."

"Limited parking, food is pretty dang good, plenty of seating. Update 10/8 Updated to 5 stars after our awesome customer service experience with Mikayla. Friendly, genuine friendly smile, and understanding of customer accommodation with a steady professionalism and respect. Too often employees are stuck in the robot mode of customer service that they forget that they are not robots and they are not helping robots. So kudos where it belongs."
