"This place is the best place to call home!! Maintenance is incredible so polite at doing everything this community needs. Staff is friendly and we have had no complaints so far! Update as of 3/13/2024: While I do standby my review of five stars made above at the time in late 2023, I do feel it necessary to preface this by stating that since then, the building is under new management of Icon. With this change, there have been changes to management, staff, maintenance, and overall with the property."

"Absolutely DO NOT consider it! My residence at this property since June 2023 used to be managed by Wood Management, and their service was exceptional. However, with the arrival of new management, the situation has taken a nosedive. It's a horrendous experience unlike anything I've encountered before. The property, once immaculate under Wood Management, is now downright nasty. Garbage is scattered everywhere, and the dog poop issue has escalated due to a lack of bags and irresponsible dog owners who refuse to clean up after their pets. This stark contrast highlights that even when tenants weren't tidy, maintenance and cleaning used to be top-notch. The deterioration doesn't end there. The elevators, once spotless, broke down over the New Year's Eve weekend, and no one bothered to fix them. For elderly residents or those with disabilities, this negligence forced them to use the stairs. This situation is appalling, and I find myself desperately wishing I could move out."

"Absolutely love my apartment at Alta Cooley Station and its extremely spacious. I just moved from out of state and I'm enjoying the location. Danielle and her office staff are always very professional and extremely helpful."

"Its been about a month since I've moved in here now and I couldn't be more happy with Alta! The amenities are some that I have never seen before at other places I have lived, a roof top lounge and cozy speakeasy are really what sold me. I feel like the atmosphere around the community is like a luxury vacation getaway but still so close to all the necessities. The floor plans of this place also are so unique I instantly felt at home. The folks that also work in the front office are also the BEST! So helpful and kind, answered all my million questions with no issues at all! So happy to call this place home!"
