"I love these rental townhomes. Brand new with adorable front porches and 2 car garages that are included in the rent. Such a nice change from standard apartment communities. My husband and I are looking to downsize and we will definitely be keeping Town Germann in mind, as we do not want to worry about neighbors above us. The pool/hot tub area is one of the most beautiful I've seen. The staff was super friendly as well."
