"Living here has been hell. Starting with the parking, there is no parking, you spend months waiting for one and when you finally have it you have to deal with someone parking in your spot every day. There is no visitor parking so you cannot receive visitors because they cannot park inside here. and the administration's solution is to park at the nearby hospital (what a joke). ending with the fact that the areas are dirty and destroyed by the rude children who live there and without leaving behind the fact that it is impossible to train in the gym because there are always children playing in there as if it were an amusement park. Total chaos, I do not recommend renting here. I cannot explain the happiness my family and I feel at finishing this contract."

"Don't lease here, you will regret it. Not only is the parking horrendous, you will never be able to have visitors because there is no parking available. If anything ever breaks down or you need pest control it will take forever because they can't get anybody out for days at best or weeks. Their emergency maintenance line is laughable. The management is unprofessional and inept. They also have mice problems and one time the pool turned green and they didn't even warn us! I've never seen such horrible mismanagement, the new management team is not any better!"

"Great place so far. 4 stars simply for the number of issues upon move-in. On the other hand, management was immediately helpful and got every issue fixed within a week, including ordering new appliances. Jalen Osborne was particularly helpful and courteous. Would recommend."

"Parking is the only issue I’ve run in so far, guest parking is scarce but other than that, we love living here. We have loved all the neighbors we have met. Dog park is great, pool and gym have been great. Tammy is amazing and so easy to work with. Stacey as well! We love the location too. Highly recommend!"

"My sister is new there and has been there two months and her situation is very annoying. She moved into an apartment that was “rushed cleaned” under the refrigerator was filthy with soda stains, under the cabinets had grease stains from previous cooking. The bathroom tub has a crack in it, and the door casing is not caulked and she has children. There’s more to this. Sanding wasn’t done. She’s very afraid of confrontation and conflict but I am not. This isn’t right! They say “come live in luxury at BB Living” but it’s far from that. I can go on about the sidewalks needing power washed and the dirty dumpster areas that aren’t well kept but I won’t get into that. The pool and fitness area is nice but that’s because it’s by the leasing office. My sisters name is Shanice and whoever is on the corporate level needs to intervene immediately. She emailed you guys the first day when she moved in. Nothing happened- no follow up and no return email after the initial call. We ran into the lead maintenance man and he wrote a note to come check it out. Still hasn’t happened. God forbid she’s a day late and they come knocking on her door about late rent but they won’t escalate this. We will be leaving a new review every 48 hours until this is escalated. I had to help her clean these messes. Oh and there were pics taken that we will be emailing. Please escalate this immediately! I’m going to upload the more worse pics next review if this doesn’t get resolved. Rent is way to high to live subpar."
