"MAA Sky View is a great apartment complex for people living on their own or with families! I moved to Arizona from the Big Island in Hawaii on 9/08/23. I did my research on MAA Sky View I knew instantly that this was where I wanted to reside while living up here in Arizona. My leasing consultant (Tracy Moore) has been generously helpful in assisting me with the move. I did not get to tour the apartment complex in person because at the time I was still in Hawaii but Tracy allowed me to see the place via a virtual tour. I knew then that this was a great place. The community is very comforting and safe and the apartment complex is very clean and well maintained! MAA Sky View was very flexible with me and my move in process being that I was moving from another state. The apartment complex comes with many different amenities to make the residents feel as comfortable as possible. Some amenities include: the pool area, barbecue, work out room, playground and residents lounge that are open to the residents and their guests. The residents here are all very nice, humble and helpful! MAA Sky View is a great place for a choice of living."

"Great choice! I lived in Sky View Apartment Homes for 7 years. I relocated, otherwise I would have not moved out of the community. Office staff is exceptionally. Grounds well maintained. Very spacious, well laid out. Maintenance crew is on it, take care of work orders quickly, and thoroughly, along with professional, and pleasant interactions. My opinion, if you live within the Gilbert area, you cannot go wrong choosing this property."
