"My family and I have lived here since it opened in 2021 and I really love it here. The management team really sets the tone and makes the community feel more like family. Huge shoutout to Tonya (prev property manager) and Kristine for jumping right in to keep things going. Honestly , the entire staff in the leasing office is amazing. Also, Keith and the maintenance team really work hard to keep up the community, which we always appreciate. I’m so sad that we are leaving (only because we have outgrown the apt). It has been beautiful to watch our baby grow up here. It felt like we had a family away from family with the love shown from our neighbors and the staff here."

"We moved back in September and it’s been 4 months and we couldn’t be any happier. Jenny, Derrick, management and the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. Everyone here is on top of it any questions or any maintenance needed is always getting taken care of immediately by the whole team. The apartment itself is very nice in my opinion but what gives it that 10/10 is all the stores that are nearby. We literally have across the street Sam’s and if we want to grab a quick bite we have many options of fast foods or groceries stores. I don’t know if it’s just me but the scent they use in the hallways just gives it an Elevation to the apartment. From our previous apartment I will say this has been a way better experience than any other. Seeing that 4.0 is a bit unbelievable because I sincerely do think this complex deserves more than that. I do highly recommend living here and that is just my honest opinion about this complex."
