"I lived here for 2 years and it was not great. The renovations were nice, but everything else was chaos. Management felt like it was changing multiple times. I once had a manger tell me that it was my fault the paint on my bath tub was pealing and that I would have to pay for it. After lots of fighting with them, they told me if I renewed my lease they would fix it and I wouldn't have to pay. Even after them fixing it, they had to come out twice to fix it because they continue to use cheap paint. I once had my AC go out and when reporting to maintenance that it was so hot and my animals and myself needed to leave, he asked me if he could wait until the next day to fix it. Water was constantly shut off for maintenance. I would say that happened at least once a month. My neighbors constantly were loud, fight, and left trash in our shared walk way. There are at least 6 people living in that one bedroom apartment with new people in and out of that apartment like it is a halfway house. There were always different people sleeping on the porch, weekly. Not the greatest of environments. I moved out Feb 2024 (aka the newest management)and I have emailed, left voicemails, and continue calling to try to get an itemized list of what they used my security deposit for and noone is getting back to me, even though this is a right I have has a tentat. I left in peace without much complaints and I still can't seem to get help. Don't live here unless you are absolutely tight on money and are okay with dealing with chaos and not getting help when needed."

"We’ve been residents for almost a year, there have been on going issues with repairs due to the age of the property, however the office staff are extremely understanding and empathetic to our concerns and is actively making the situation better and addressing our concerns. I will update to five stars after repairs are complete."

"Used to have a one star review. The new management is really making good changes. Slow changes, but changes. So I'm changing my review. The main problems are that the lease screws the tenants over in almost every situation and benefits the company. BUT that is completely normal for this industry. Just really stupid fine print stuff. Read the lease well and there won't be any issues. Almost nice fittness center however the nice equipment is nearly useless without a subscription. Decent pool when neighbors aren't ruining it with loud music and trashy people. Clean, mostly quiet these days. The laundry room works most of the time now as well and the water shut-off are almost non existent anymore. Maintenance is very very good right now. I had a roof repair same day. Still a little more money than it may be worth, but it's a fair price for the location. I just don't really care about the location so it's not worth it to me."

"I've been here for many years.. and have watched these apartments slowly improve as they go from owner to new owner. Except for a few maintenance guys, I usually don't bother connecting with the "revolving door" staff. However, lately, the office personnel have been great. Our maintenance guy atm., Mike, has a great attitude. One can only hope he's around, along with the others, for the "long haul"."

"First of all I want to take a minute to Thank the new management team for such a great job they’ve done is such little time. But I’m special to Michael.. the Maintenance Supervisor. He goes out of his way to make sure the residents are happy and comfortable. He keeps up with his work in a timely manner. Thank you Michael. I totally recomes this place. I’ve lived here very comfortable for a year"
