Keller at Town Square

"My casita was supposed to be ready October 2nd. I flew in from South Dakota 3 days early to buy furniture. The unit wasn’t ready. They told me it would be ready on the 5th. I flew out that morning. Left my son and daughter in law to deal with this fiasco. They went to get the keys and do a walk through. The place was dirty and the patio door was broke and won’t close and lock. The manager recleaned it. I rescheduled furniture delivery for Monday, but as of the 6th the patio door still isn’t fixed. So have to reschedule furniture delivery again. The staff here is hard to reach and doesn’t return calls. Owning a service business for 43 years I find this to be very frustrating. 3/15/2024. We requested maintenance and they were here within 18 hours and resolved our problem. We requested maintenance for a couple of small items. They got it done very efficiently and in a very reasonable time."

"I was only a resident for 90 days and had several issues. This first is that the security is very poor. The walk through gate by my unit did not lock. The rolling gate for vehicles for not working, stayed open, for over thirty days. The other issue is that the pool was closed, during summer time, for over a week."
